CULTX REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Our Commitment to Quality at CultX, all products are custom-made to order using premium print-on-demand fulfillment. We're committed to delivering high-quality apparel that meets your expectations.
Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we'll make it right. Contact us at CultXaus@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue (product defect, damage, or wrong item)
- Description of the problem
We'll review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Custom-Made Products Because each CultX item is custom printed specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Color differences due to monitor settings
- Minor printing variations inherent to the print-on-demand process
Please review size charts carefully before ordering.
European Union Customers - 14 Day Right of Withdrawal If you're located in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. However, please note that custom-printed products cannot be resold. To exercise this right, contact us at CultXaus@outlook.com. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
Processing Refunds Once your refund claim is approved, we'll process it within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
