Processing Time All CultX products are made-to-order using premium print-on-demand fulfillment. Once you place your order, our production partners begin creating your custom apparel. Processing typically takes 2-7 business days depending on the product and current demand.
Shipping Times After production is complete, shipping times vary by destination:
- Australia: 3-7 business days
- United States & Canada: 5-10 business days
- United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
- European Union: 7-14 business days
- New Zealand: 5-10 business days
Order Tracking You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.
International Orders For orders shipped internationally, please note:
- Customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing
- CultX is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local carriers
